Nice Reviewer: Anonymous 04-28-2007 Pretty good. Veryhelpful. Try it. Straight forward and user friendly. |
Recommend It! Reviewer: Anonymous 08-26-2005 I’ve found more jobs that I was interested in on this site and more call backs than any of the other sites that I have used. It is a free resource which I would definitely recommend using.

Good Features Reviewer: Anonymous 12-07-2004 HotJobs.com has fewer lisitngs than Monster.com but it really is best because of some features Monster.com can't match. For one thing, it's more sensitive to privacy issues, HotJobs.com allows you to block certain companies from accessing your profile. You can see how many times your resume has been viewed which is a great feature. A user can also subscribe to any of ten newsletters that cater to segments of the market, such as technology, government, sales and college grads. |
Easy to navigate Reviewer: Anonymous 10-01-2004 I give Hotjobs.com a big thumbs up for the help it has given me so far. It is a very easy to navigate site, that will have you up and searching in mere minutes.

I'd certainly recommend it Reviewer: Anonymous 01-07-2004 Hotjobs.com is a well organized web site. A good feature is that it allows you to block
certain companies (i.e. the one you're currently working for)
from seeing your resume and profile, so it protects your privacy. For anyone currently involved in a job search
I'd certainly recommend it |
Good Site Reviewer: Anonymous 10-07-2003 HotJobs has been the most straight forward, user friendly, and informative tool that I have seen. It is divided into simple categories. Surprisingly it had a large data base for employment opportunity and even down to the addition of comments allotted by potential employers.

helped me Reviewer: Anonymous 09-07-2003 Hotjobs.com helped me get that first job and it also helped me get my current job at NonStopNet. |
No Good Reviewer: Anonymous 09-07-2003 I posted my first resume on Hotjobs.com about 2 years ago. I received almost no inquiries. Forget this site. |
Like It Reviewer: Anonymous 07-01-2003 I like Hotjobs because it's easy to use and navigate. You don't have to do too much hide and seek to find what you are looking for. Also, they will let you keep your resume on file with them so that if you do find a job you want to apply for, you can just write a quick cover letter and click a button and they will include your resume for you. Or you can enter it as you go and make any necessary changes.

Like It Reviewer: Anonymous 01-07-2003 What I really like about HotJobs.com is the job description page. While created by the employer, HotJobs.com offers special information for job seekers. There are links on the page where you can learn about the company, its profile, locations, news about it, and investor information. These are important and good to know, especially if you are trying to stay away from fledgling dot coms.

Easy to Use Reviewer: Anonymous 01-07-2003 HotJobs.com has a lot of great employers as members. A large number of positions being offered are high-tech/internet type jobs. Nevertheless, they do have other type of positions being offered, as I was able to secure my new job, which is in the legal sector, through them. |
Good feature Reviewer: Anonymous 09-09-2002 The best feature of Hot Jobs is that it makes it easy to apply for jobs because it allows you to type a cover letter while you're viewing the job description. |
Thrilled Reviewer: Anonymous 09-07-2002 I got my job through Hot Jobs. I am thrilled to be here and happy that I got to do the search for myself without the pressure of a head hunter telling me which jobs were best for me.

Some Advantages Reviewer: Anonymous 08-07-2002 I think the only good thing about HotJobs is that you don't have to spend countless time filling out long registration forms. To me, that's the best part of it. |
Helpful Reviewer: Anonymous 05-09-2002 Hotjobs.com, allows you to look for jobs by location, type, or company. And you can cross-reference the three with little effort. And you can post a resume and change it from time to time with little effort.

Fair Reviewer: Anonymous 01-07-2002 This site seems to offer a bunch of the same jobs over and over again. I think that HotJobs should be a little more diligent about cleaning up its database on a regular basis.

no responses Reviewer: Anonymous 01-07-2001 Out of all the jobs that I have applied for on hotjobs, I have not heard back from any of the employers. I have used other sites and they always seem to elicit a response from the employer.

Not Great Reviewer: Anonymous 01-06-2001 Hotjobs.com is OK but it could use a few improvements. I haven't had much success with it yet. According to my personal stat page, my resume has come up in searches by member companies a total of just 35 times (my account has been setup for about 6 weeks now) and it has been read a total of only 2 times! The accounts that I have set up with other job seeking internet services have fared much better than this.
