This site may have been good a few years ago, but now it is a total waste of time. Wish I could get my money back for my useless membership. Many of the freelance jobs posted are just that, people wanting work done for "free" or next to nothing.

GURU.COM is a good place to get projects if you are savvy. You can get burned pretty bad because they currently lack good fund escroll and deliverables confirmation/verification procedures once a a project has been completed.

Very organized website. Let's you post or request jobs. It keeps you updated, but won't annoy you everyday. Also, the free guru mug is very good too.
