The search capability is poor. You can't search within a state for a specific job category. And the agent function is just about worthless. |

This site offers many job postings from well-known companies. The best thing about this site is that it is completely free. It has job searching capabilities, Career Resources, University Resources, Resume Writing tips, and the ability to upload your resume for Employers to view! |

I have not found a single job opportunity on this site. When you submit your resume and you complete a registration form, it only allows you to enter one Industry and one Expertise. For anyone who has a wide variety of experience, this just isn't going to help.
