Good For Metropolitan Areas

This site pulls job listings from the pages of the Tribune and Knight Ridder newspaper conglomerates. A search here might turn up something unique, especially if you are looking for work in a major metropolitan area served by one of these newspapers. |

Career Builder is a waste of time. They will do nothing to help you, nor will they give you the time of day. They are the worst job search group on the net.

Most of what Career Builder offers is very good and useful, but I have come across a few minor annoyances. First of all, when you conduct a search, the jobs that are found are not necessarily still available. Just when you think you've found the job you want, you click on it, and it tells you that this position is no longer available. Career Builder needs to move more quickly to eliminate these filled positions from their site, because it only frustrates the job searcher.

The greatest feature of this site is the fact that it can offer to list all of the job openings almost anywhere in the world. Now, that is what I call a great service and one that I would want to use and will continue to do so in the future. I would definitely recommend this site to my friends. |
